Dr. Manuel Guantez
Dr. Manuel Guantez has 25+ years in behavioral health in both for profit and not-for-profit sectors. He served as Vice President at Rutgers University Behavioral Health and Chief Executive Officer at Turning Point one of NJ’s largest short-term residential treatment programs.
As a consultant, he has worked with a variety of behavioral health and managed care entities to improve business practices, service delivery and treatment outcomes for various populations.
Dr. Guantez is an international speaker and consultant who has worked with the United Nations to help other countries achieve the gains in combating addiction. He has been singled out as an important contributor in shaping statewide policy and practices in mental health and substance abuse and has served in a number of governmental appointments.
A former U.S. Marine and Presidential Honor Guard, Dr. Guantez brings a wealth of diverse knowledge and experience.
