Glenn Domenick, a highly skilled real estate industry professional with over 20 years of experience, is entrusted with overseeing all government affairs, preconstruction, and land use planning initiatives. Glenn manages third-party consultants, including environmental consultants, architects, engineers, planners, historic preservation consultants, and attorneys. He regularly appears before local planning boards, local community boards, municipal offices and other governmental agencies to secure redevelopment and/or land use approvals.
Previously, Glenn served as Director of Community Development in Bloomfield, NJ where he worked with national, regional, and local developers to facilitate the construction of 1,700 residential units and 150,000 SF of retail space, bringing $500 Million of investment into Bloomfield. (It is noteworthy that prior to Glenn’s arrival to Bloomfield, there had been zero housing starts for the prior 25 years.)
