With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Leslie Florio has extensive experience and is adept in all facets regarding healthcare, office acquisitions and leasing. Prior to joining CHA Partners, Leslie served as Vice President at Transwestern and was also a Managing Director at Colliers International, with a focus on office, healthcare leasing, and sales, providing tenant and owner representation throughout New Jersey.
Leslie brings to CHA her extensive knowledge of the New Jersey marketplace with a keen sense of organization and management skills, which allow her to deliver a singular focus on timely implementation of CHA’s business objectives.
