Phil is responsible for overseeing the commercial construction project management efforts, including pre-construction, construction budgets, sub-contract negotiations, purchases of goods and services, development of project schedules and final project execution. Phil has held senior construction positions within the Tri-State Region for retail, commercial, office, medical, governmental, higher education, and institutional projects.
