CHA assembled two (2) contiguous properties, and through a series of public-private partnership agreements with the Township of Bloomfield, is constructing thereon a new, 301,000 SF ground-up mixed-use redevelopment project. CHA obtained all required municipal and Planning Board approvals for this mixed-use project, which creates jobs and ratables, remediates all environmental issues, and improves site-wide traffic and circulation issues. Construction began in Q4 2019, with a slated project opening in late 2020.

This project represents Phase II of CHA’s successful three-phase redevelopment efforts in Bloomfield (note: Phase I is CHA’s construction of Bloomfield Station, and Phase III is CHA’s construction of The Royal @ Bloomfield Station ).
