Overview
10 North Main is comprised of 2 residential apartment buildings located in Wharton, New Jersey—a 4-story, 50-unit apartment building, and a 2-story, 16-unit apartment building. The former houses a residential amenities lobby that includes a coffee bar area, double sided electric fireplace, a TV, mailroom, package room with a refrigerator, as well as elevators in a hotel-like lobby with beautiful seating areas. This project is currently under construction with a projected completion date in mid-2022.
