Overview
The Bloomfield Center Master Redevelopment project represents CHA’s efforts to fulfill the Township of Bloomfield’s vision to redevelop its Downtown Core. Through the negotiation of a series of public-private partnership agreements, CHA was successfully designated Master Redeveloper for each of the three phases of the redevelopment of the Downtown Core. Obtaining all required municipal and Planning Board approvals, CHA created jobs and ratables, remediated all environmental issues, and improved site-wide traffic and circulation issues.
