Overview

The Bloomfield Center Master Redevelopment project represents CHA’s efforts to fulfill the Township of Bloomfield’s vision to redevelop its Downtown Core. Through the negotiation of a series of public-private partnership agreements, CHA was successfully designated Master Redeveloper for each of the three phases of the redevelopment of the Downtown Core, obtained all required municipal and Planning Board approvals, thereby creating jobs and ratables, remediating all environmental issues, and improving site-wide traffic and circulation issues.
