Overview

CHA acquired and completed a comprehensive gut-renovation of the former Greenville Hospital, which until 2008 operated as a non-profit, general acute-care hospital serving the medical needs of residents of Hudson County. Upon its reopening of its Greenville Medical Arts Complex, the facility was 100% occupied, anchored by Jersey City Medical Center, a member of Barnabus Health, one of New Jersey’s leading healthcare providers, who runs various clinics at the site, including the Center for Comprehensive Care, Medical and Social Services for the Homeless, Center for Children with Special Needs, and Special Child Health Services. Other services within the building include an Urgent Care Center, a Retail Pharmacy, an Audiology Center, and Primary and Specialty Care Services.

Building highlights include:

  • $10MM+ renovation
  • Reintroduction of community-based healthcare services
  • DOH-approved facility
  • Complete redevelopment of existing infrastructure
  • Creation of construction and permanent jobs
