Greenville Medical Arts Complex

Adaptive Reuse | Reopened 2014

Overview

CHA acquired and completed a comprehensive gut-renovation of the former Greenville Hospital, which until 2008, operated as a non-profit, general acute care hospital serving the medical needs of residents of Hudson County. Upon the reopening of the Greenville Medical Arts Complex, the facility was 100% occupied, anchored by Jersey City Medical Center, a member of Barnabas Health, one of New Jersey’s leading healthcare providers. Barnabas Health runs various clinics at the site, including the Center for Comprehensive Care, Medical and Social Services for the Homeless, Center for Children with Special Needs, and Special Child Health Services. Other services within the building include Urgent Care Center, a Retail Pharmacy, an Audiology Center, and Primary and Specialty Care Services.
