Background

Josh Porter, a seasoned real estate professional, previously worked at MRH to provide commercial real estate advisory and transaction services to tenants, landlords, and developers. Prior to MRH, Josh worked as a Managing Director at Savills Studley, providing tenant representation to corporate office clients.

Before Josh was in the brokerage side of the business, he served as a Managing Director at BTR Capital Group, where he led and managed the New York Tri-State Region to underwrite development and acquisition opportunities that focused on favorable real estate assets. Josh also was the Chief Operations Counsel & Director of Real Estate for PLURAL before the firm was acquired by Dell in 2001.
