Background
Judy Donnelly, a highly skilled and accomplished New Jersey Registered Architect with over 30 years of experience in Architecture and Interior Design, has worked on hundreds of projects from inception to completion including, but not limited to, residential, medical, industrial, and commercial properties.
At CHA, Judy develops, plans, implements, and administers project development in coordination with in-house construction staff, outside vendors, and design professionals. She evaluates projects in progress, monitors budgets to control expenditures, ensures contract compliance and quality control on an on-going basis as well as recommends changes to ensure efficient results.
In 2019, Judy proudly served as the President of AIA-NJ (the New Jersey Chapter of the American Institute of Architects). This honorary position entailed running the day-to-day operations of the New Jersey Architects Professional organization, being the ‘voice of AIA-NJ’, professional speaking engagements, and working side by side with the many committees that hosted weekly education, events, and much more. Ms. Donnelly is also a certified ‘Disaster Service Worker’ and serves the community and local organizations through volunteer efforts for business improvement districts, Habitat for Humanity, BIDs, Elk Clubs, Norwescap, and Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault crisis centers. She has judged many design competitions, served as a critic, a speaker, and an adjunct professor (Berkeley College of Business).
