Overview
CHA is constructing a new 186,000 SF healthcare facility to be known as the Muhlenberg Medical Arts Complex. As a portion of the former Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, this new facility is anticipated to house a number of community-based healthcare services, including primary care, specialty care, women’s services, a diagnostic lab, and an ambulatory surgical center. This project forms a part of CHA’s Master Redevelopment of the former Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center, which also includes the creation of 120 new market rate apartments to be known as The Randolph Apartments. Construction began in Q4 2019.
