CHA assembled seven contiguous properties, and through a series of public-private partnership agreements with the Township of Bloomfield, is constructing a new 372,000 SF ground-up, mixed-use redevelopment project, which creates jobs and ratables, remediates all environmental issues, and improves site-wide traffic and circulation issues.

This project represents Phase III of CHA’s successful three-phase redevelopment efforts in Bloomfield (note: Phase I is CHA’s construction of Bloomfield Station, and Phase II is CHA’s construction of Six Points at Bloomfield Station).

Building 1 was completed Q2 2024 and Building 2 is projected to be complete by Q3 2024.
