Background
Bill Colgan is a recognized industry leader with over 28 years of extensive background in real estate, finance, and healthcare. Through the development of over $250 Million of real estate consisting of various mixed-use projects, including residential, commercial, and medical properties, Bill has proven that he is a diligent and reliable professional who cares for his community.
Bill aided in the development of one of New Jersey’s largest Management Service Organizations (MSOs) with 70 locations and over 500 employees. He served on Governor Phil Murphy’s healthcare transition team, and has also moderated and/or been a panelist at numerous healthcare conferences, including NAIOP, CapRate, iGlobal, BisNow, and Mid-Atlantic Real Estate.
As an expert in real estate development, Bill has the ability to effectively navigate the firm through entitlements and approvals at the Municipal, County, State, and Federal levels. Additionally, he has spearheaded CHA Partners business development efforts to have a robust pipeline of project.
