CHA Partners, a full-service development firm specializing in public private partnerships, announced June 17 that Six Points at Bloomfield Station has reached over 80% leased.
A key component of the Bloomfield Center Master Redevelopment, a multi-phase plan to transform Bloomfield’s downtown into a booming town center, the six-story property consists of 176 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with a wide array of best-in-class amenities.
CHA assembled two contiguous properties, and through a series of public private partnership agreements with the Township of Bloomfield also constructed a new, 301,000-square-foot, ground-up mixed-use redevelopment project.
The project represents Phase II of CHA’s successful three-phase redevelopment effort in Bloomfield, with Phase I commencing with Bloomfield Station, the first redevelopment project in the Township of Bloomfield in over 30 years.
“With every single redevelopment we undertake, we strive to create something unique that is specifically tailored to the needs of the community, and Six Points at Bloomfield Station was no exception,” said Bill Colgan, managing partner of CHA Partners. “We were thrilled to continue our partnership with the Township of Bloomfield on a project that matches up perfectly with the surrounding walkable downtown that’s emerging and that will draw new residents to the area for many years to come. This project further cements CHA Partners’ ability to deliver and meet agreed-upon development goals, and serves as another example of the ways successful public-private partnership can enhance communities at large. ”
With more than 44,000 square feet of common area and amenity space, residents at Six Points have access to a fully-equipped fitness center, game lounge with billiards and cafe seating and three entertainment courtyards with fireplaces, fire pits and grills. To further enhance residents’ comfort and lifestyles, Six Points features a resident lounge outfitted with comfortable seating and a fireplace, a rooftop lounge, coworking and conference space, a pet spa and bark park, and Amazon Hub package system.
“Since we launched leasing in November, we’ve received tremendous interest from a wide range of residents, who are seeking the perfect combination of luxury and convenience,” said Colgan. “As outdoor space and fresh air continue to be in high demand, residents at Six Points continue to enjoy our outdoor courtyards, which is unlike anything that’s available in the area, as well as access to balconies and terraces at select units.”
Just steps away from the Bloomfield Train Station, residents can easily commute to New York City in 30 minutes. A covered parking garage is also available for residents.
Bloomfield has quickly become a foodie destination, with an array of local culinary options to choose from, such as Six Points Pub, Bloomfield Steak & Seafood House, Bucco’s Restaurant, Anthony’s Cheesecake, Gloria’s Bar & Grill, Blue Steel Pizza Co. and more.
