Development team, local leaders unveil new CVS Pharmacy in Plainfield

A development team led by CHA Partners joined local officials recently to unveil a new CVS Pharmacy in Plainfield.

Located at 1204 Park Ave. the store has opened its doors at a property just south of Randolph Road. CHA completed the project in partnership with Jacobs Enterprises Inc., with additional plans calling for the construction of a new apartment building next to the CVS.

Plainfield Mayor Adrian Mapp was among those hand for the June 1 ceremony at the store, which follows CHA’s recent opening of 120 multifamily units across the street. The building, known as Randolph Apartments, has debuted at the former site of the Muhlenberg Medical Center as part of a mixed-use development plan years in the making.
